Registration is required for you to use this Website. If you are merely a visitor, we do not collect any personal information about you. However, as a client to work with Me you must register for whatever is required to fulfil all deliverables. This will obviously be discussed and worked through on an individual and as needed basis.

1. Email alertsAlthough not frequent, I do offer an email alert service to site visitors, in which I send subscribers email updates when new information is added to this Website. This information is stored on my own servers and are not shared with any third parties such as Mailchimp. All data collected by Me, will typically be self hosted.

2. Thought leadership registrationOccasionally I require registration in exchange for My thought leadership: white papers, articles, studies, reports, survey analyses, booklets, etc. Personal information may be asked for on registration forms and the type of information collected may vary. Please note that I reserve the right to distribute certain thought leadership materials only to those who supply the requested information.

3. Event registrationI also sometimes facilitate event registration via this Website or, at times, via third party web sites. Personal information may be collected via event registration forms and the type of information collected will vary. I may have to share registrant information with third parties in association with the event.

Sensitive personal dataUnless contractually based, I do not intentionally collect any sensitive information via this Website unless legally required to do so, for example recruitment purposes. Sensitive personal information includes race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal records and in some cases social security numbers or financial information.

I work very hard to protect the confidentiality and security of such information I obtains in the course of business. Access to such information is limited and policies and procedures are in place designed to safeguard the information from loss, misuse and improper disclosure.

Social Media PlatformsAs of 2020, the updating, content curating and content creation activities on All Social Media platforms has been ceased. All and any Social Media profiles I had available in the past will shortly be disengaged and removed.

ChildrenThis privacy statement is not intended for use by children. We understand the importance of protecting children’s information, especially in an online environment, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain information about children.
